About Our Sponsor

IntaCapital Swiss, (See IntaCapital Swiss website), have carved out a unique position in the global financial markets, as they are able to raise loans and lines of credit for new clients, who’s bankers have declined their applications for credit. The increasingly popular product, The Collateral Transfer Facility, (See About Collateral Transfer), utilises Demand Bank Guarantees to raise loans, capital injections, and lines of credit, also referred to as Credit Facility Guarantees.

Three separate banks play major roles within the confines of The Collateral Transfer Facility.

1. The Issuing Bank. This bank issues the Bank Guarantee on behalf of their client.

2. The Receiving Bank. This bank receives the Bank Guarantee for credit to the beneficiary’s account and

3. The Correspondent Bank. In certain cases, this bank will issue a Bank Guarantee on behalf of the Issuing Bank.

Under the terms of the Collateral Transfer Contract, the Receiving Bank applies the Bank Guarantee to the account of the beneficiary, who is now able to apply for a loan or a line of credit. However, on a number of occasions, and to the total dismay of the beneficiary, their bankers, even with adequate security, have declined the application for credit. This is usually for a number of reasons, such as the banks relationship with the beneficiary, internal compliance and credit decisions regarding the viability of the Bank Guarantee (See What Is a Leased Bank Guarantee), small turnover on the Beneficiary’s account, and a poor relationship between the bank and the Beneficiary.

The problems that some banks pose regarding lending against a Bank Guarantee have been solved in advance by IntaCapital Swiss who request the beneficiary, (before any contracts are signed), to ask their bankers if they will lend against the impending arrival of the asset. If their request is denied, IntaCapital Swiss, using their unique financial models, are not only able to open a bank account for the beneficiary with an Investment Grade Bank, they are able to obtain loans and lines of credit from third party lenders. This incredibly unique service, subject to due diligence, forms part of the ethos that is IntaCapital Swiss.
